Yup! Easy peasy, just shoot us an email. We'll pause your subscription and coordinate when you're ready for a renewal!
All subscriptions will auto-renew every other Sunday, when we plant your greens (and purples)! If you subscribe on a day of the week besides Sunday, not to worry: our little garden gnomes will make sure you're rerouted to our Sunday schedule moving forward. For example, if you subscribe on Friday the 6th, your subscription will auto renew on Sunday the 22nd (2 weeks after Sunday the 8th), and then every 2nd Sunday after that.
We package all of our microgreens in biodegradable, air tight corn starch containers. We also use food-safe moisture absorption packs that prolong their freshness in your fridge.
We deliver every other Friday. In winter months, your micros should be okay if left outside for some time. In warmer months, we recommend leaving a cooler outside your door if you won't be home to preserve the product.
You can update your payment information at any time in your account settings under "My Subscriptions".
If you need to update your delivery address, just shoot us a quick email!
Of course. You can add a subscription at any time from our website and we'll get that planted with our next home delivery cycle. If you need to cancel a current subscription, just reach out to us and we'll get you taken care of.
